We help you find and book travel: hotels, flights, private jets, yachts, villas, cars and lounges. Unless a listing says otherwise, the service itself is provided by the airline, hotel, operator or owner (the supplier), and their own conditions apply as well. We show the key conditions before you pay.

Private jet flights are always operated by licensed air operators. We arrange them; we do not operate aircraft.

You sign in with Google and must be at least 18. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for bookings made from it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

• Prices include the supplier price and our fee. Taxes and any extra charges are shown before you pay.
• Instant booking listings are confirmed as soon as payment succeeds.
• Request listings are confirmed by our concierge team, usually within the hour. You only pay once we confirm.
• Flight tickets are issued in the names you enter. Names must match passports and cannot be changed later.

• Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank payments are processed by Stripe.
• Crypto payments are made in supported stablecoins (such as USDC or EURC) at the quoted amount. A quote is held for a limited time. On-chain payments cannot be reversed, so please send exactly the amount shown, on the network shown.
• Private jet charters are paid in stablecoins or by bank transfer.

Cancellation and change rules depend on the supplier and the fare or rate you choose, and are shown before you book. Refunds follow those rules and go back to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent to the wallet that paid.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, car rental and leisure services booked for a specific date.

If you book several travel services together and they form a package or linked travel arrangement under the EU Package Travel Directive, we will tell you before you pay, together with the protection that applies.

The concierge is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so always check the details on the booking screen before you pay. Only a confirmed booking with a reference is binding.

We are responsible for arranging your booking with care. Suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability for intent or gross negligence.
